Return Policy

Only the best. That is our guarantee when it comes to our products and our service, which is why our return policy lasts for up to 30 days! You can return a product within 30 days from accepting the delivery of your item and we will be glad to give you a refund or replacement.

To facilitate a return, we ask that you make sure that the item is unused and in the exact same condition as when you received it, with tags intact. We reserve the right not to refund or exchange items that have been shipped back to us in an unacceptable condition. Kindly submit your proof of purchase or receipt to complete an item return.

Do not send your order back to the manufacturer. Please note that buyers will have to bear all costs on any returns sent to our merchant partners, with a proper tracking number for the order. We shall not be responsible for any package that goes missing en-route to us if there is no tracking assigned to the package.

Non-returnable/non-refundable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect items purchased, items in good condition, items delivered incorrectly, or items damaged through customer mishandling.

Damaged Goods Policy

If an item should get damaged during transit, you may send us an email with proof (attached pictures/videos) to hello@lucidblair.com. Proof of the damage in videos/photos is required. We will use the videos/photos to assess the damage accordingly and determine the relevant options we are able to provide to you. In most cases, we will provide you with a replacement of the damaged item.

Refund Policy

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment. The processing time will differ depending on your payment provider, but it should go through in a couple of days.

Our 30 days No Questions Asked Refund Policy extends to cover the purchases done via this method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after a week’s time, please check your bank account again. You should also contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund can be fully processed.

You can also contact your bank since there is often some processing time before a refund is processed.

Cancellations

We can give you a refund unconditionally if you cancel your purchase within 24 hours. Otherwise, you will have to wait for your item to arrive before you can return it to us.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for items on sale.
